New target is by 1/03/19 is to weigh 112kg or less, I know this is really aggressive but I think I've let myself sit by for too long and let life pass me by while not even trying to accomplish my goals.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
