So, it's been a long few days. I had a lot of things going on these last few days, and eating my good food wasn't always an option. Friday I had 2 medium French fries from sonic, and 2 kolaches.... for breakfast... before 8 o'clock... At the time I was hungry, and someone else was buying me breakfast. I've been making bad choices like that the last few days. I'm starting to stress eat again. I also haven't logged my food since February 1st. I had homemade nachos one night and was like how the world do I log this.....

Tomorrow morning, my goal get back on track when I wake up. I'm even planning on eating oatmeal... and for sure logging my food. I really don't feel as bad when I do it. 😷 I really want to do this for me! I want to lose weight! I'm going too, and I'm not going to let anything (even) myself get in the way.

Batman, if you have a kitchen scale, it's easy to log homemade nachos. Depending on how many Net Carbs I have available, I precisely count out a whole serving or 1/2 serving of the tortilla chips, then I either use one slice of sharp cheddar, or one ounce of the shredded, add same of mozzarella, cut up two pieces of fully-cooked Hormel Black Label bacon, and when they come out of the microwave, I put a black olive into the center of each one. QUITE tasty!

Mrs. Debbie, no ma'am, I don't have a kitchen scale. When I make nachos I'm cooking for about 6 people. I cook the hamburger meat, heat up the cheese you get in a big can, and chop veggies (yellow onion, tomato, lettuce, and green onion ) for who ever wants it, and put it on tortilla chips.

When I have had leftover hamburger meat, I have made fast nachos for me in the microwave. I would use tortilla chips sprinkle some meat and grated cheese on them and heat them up in the microwave.
