Still not using all of my RDI. I think I'm so afraid of over eating that I'm not eating enough. I never quite feel satisfied after my meals. To meet my RDI I should have about 600 calories each meal but I'm averaging only half of that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 June 2010:
1751 kcal Fat: 74.78g | Prot: 97.36g | Carb: 193.98g.   Breakfast: great value bacon, coffee,  fried egg. Lunch: Tuna Salad with Hard boiled egg and onion, Market Pantry old fashioned sandwich bread, Lean Cuisine Three Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni. Dinner: Lean Cuisine Pesto Chicken with Bow tie Pasta. Snacks/Other: Symphony Creamy Milk Chocolate with Almonds & Toffee Chips (4.25 oz bar). more...
