Tonight, since BF was sick, I used the Simply Fit as it was intended vs. my "snowboard" playing. Interesting gizmo. I'm sweating after 15 minutes, elevated heart rate, but nothing crazy. Might try this mode more often during meetings, but only if I'm not breathing hard. :)
