Well, modified weight watchers. Higher protein, more frequent, smaller meals. Really doing tracking. What activity I can do, mostly walking or water based. It's working!

By protein, I mean very lean protein with supplements and high protein snacks.

And three ingredients...a plan, commitment, and willingness
to make changes

304.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 104.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
