God what a beautiful day. The doggy and I just got back from a climb up the mountain. I always know that it was good work out, when the dog comes straight back and jumps in the pond for a swim. We both love the woods this time of year, and getting to the top reminds me of how glad I am to be working at staying in shape. I get to go places and see things that lots of people will never get off their butts to view.
