I am three days into my "New way of eating" I know I have lost a couple of pounds... I will update my correct weight when I get home (at work at the moment). This is kinda fun! I pray that I stay this motivated. Let the Challenge begin!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
