Back to Fatsecret. I've been away and can tell the difference in how I feel. I strayed from my low carb diet and began to feel rotten. Now I'll continue to exercise and eat right. It is so true that portion sizes are too big at restaurants, and sugar is in practically everything. I've been using Truvia as a sweetner for hot tea. I will also go back to my Tofu burgers, they are the best ever! (without a bun)

yes I did loose some weight, about 5lbs. I have to admit logging everything on Fatsecret really helps keep track. My family won't eat the good diet. It's difficult to fix 2 different meals sometimes. I end up eating what they like, and not what I should be eating. BTW.. I work directly next to a Coffee Shop and sorry coffee shop, you're off my list for now. :0) will take hot tea to work.
