Well, I'm back on the wagon! This time it is for me. I hate my hips hurting so bad at night from the pressure from the extra weight. I don't know when I will find time to exercise but I have too. I don't like my clothes tight, I don't like feeling like a slug. So no more eating in bed at night. I must stop eating all food by 8pm! I will take the stairs whenever possible and park away from places so I have to walk farther. I can do this! I AM WORTH IT! I DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY!
