Well I saw the doctor today and she said that changing to a Keto diet may have contributed to the two strokes I had. Because there is not enough information about it. So I’m eating carbs again but just half of what I would normally. Also I am a diabetic. Make sure to check with the doctor if you have health issues before changing anything.
