Took the month of December off from recording everything I was going to eat and stressing how I was going to record it. I expected to put on about 10 lbs but was pleasantly surprised..I'll take it. Didn't stick to my keto diet...ate a lot of carbs. But I still didn't really overeat...I think I was used to eating a 1000-1500 daily diet so when I ate more than that, I felt stuffed but yet kept below my maximum daily limit. Don't know when my next big weight loss push will be. My wife says I am losing too much weight...lol Wish everyone a great year!!
