I actually started my dietary changes for weight loss and maintenance on April 30, 2010 after my doctor diagnosed me with Type 2 Diabetes. That morning I weighed 220 lbs. This morning I weighed 205. However, the app would not allow me to enter information prior to using the current day. It would be nice if we could move our hardcopy information into the app to make it all so much easier. I finally saw a dietician yesterday and thought I knew most of what she told me. However, I was pleasantly surprised - I learned a lot. Now to take it all in and make it all work for a permanent, more healthy lifestyle change.
