Today was a shitty day at work......so in turn i tend to eat more than I should or shall I say i make bad food choices. I will have to work out tomorrow or ride my bike more likely....Yikes I have eaten 103% of my DCI and it's not even time for bed yet....well tomorrow is a new day can't change what is already done!
