The most difficult thing about this losing weight thing is my mind set. I need to start looking at it as a lifestyle change and not a diet. I need to stop "lusting" (for lack of a better word) over fast food and junk food and develope a taste for the healthier foods. I want healthy foods to satisfy me the way junk food satisfies me. I want junk food to be repulsive to me. I hope to someday eat french fries and not have them be appealing to me.
