Yesterday I did really well with my food intake; but today is going to be difficult. Had coffee this morning with my son, and we enjoyed cheese and banana bread with the coffee. Then tonight is movie night. Have to watch that popcorn. Tomorrow is a hot dog/baked goods sale at my church. This weekend is definitely going to be challenging.
