I was 16% over my RDI yesterday. :-( I was hungry late in the day and made poor eating decisions. I have to find a way to combat the ravenous hunger that I feel during PMS. I am never full during this time of the month. On the positive side, I was active all day yesterday which burns calories. Didn't get any planned exercise in though.
