I have been furstrated this month with my weight, i have been bouncing back and forth between 203 and 206. I have been steady dropping a pound a week and now i am gaining and dropping. I have started drinking coffee again with very little heavy cream and 1 packet of sweet n low, usually have 2 cups a day. Wondering is the coffee causing my problem or is it something else need tweaking. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2010:

Angel, I agree with BCLenny to up your calories, but I know for myself as well that the artificial sweetners I have had to cut way back on, they stall me, as well as the sausages, they have fillers, if you are not sure read the packaging, as if anything says it has sugar in it, you are guaranteed that it will have carbs, and try to keep your carbs under 20. Also the atkins bars I wouldn't suggest those either, they cause stalls and more cravings. Hope that helps!

thank you terri, it does help me alot. I have also wondered on the sweetners and have craved more sweet lately. Between the sausage and sweetners, must be why i have been craving more. Thank you so much for the help
