Hi GIJillie, hang in there things are slow for me too and I went way off for a few days (had bread and couldn't stop) and now I don't have the courage to even get on the scales. I know I've gained I can feel it. My husband tempts me too often saying a little won't hurt, but I can't stop with a little when its grain products. If you want a buddy I'd like that.
