Well, I was too lazy to get up and go workout this morning. My head is stuffed up and I just could not get motivated. However, a friend of mine who is a trainer is going to meet with me on Sunday to set up a workout program. I am a little worried about today and tomorrow. I have to bake treats for a bake sale and then run said bake sale with all of the goodies other parents have made. Wish me luck on that one.

Just remember that sugar is basically poison. I have been no sugar for so long that, it feels like it is burning my mouth. Nothing tastes like it should. I had a piece of death by chocolate cake at a banquet the other day.... people were raving about it I ate one bite and it was horrid all I could taste was the corn syrup and an almost soap flavor the chocolate should have been the fore runner in the flavor and it ran a heavy 3rd. This keto thing has truly improved my taste buds but ruined me for eating out. So now when I have cake, I should say real cake it is made from scratch and it is more rich than sweet and a very nice treat when I have time to bake. Oh and good luck... you can do it. A little cheating doesn't kill your diet.... quitting will.
