Scale was giving me a bunch of different numbers this morning.. I usually weigh myself twice just to make sure the first number is correct. This ever happen to any of you?
Anyway, doing pretty well so far. I got really hungry last night, even after a big dinner, and had a little bit of everything! Slice of turkey, American cheese, manzanilla olives, pickles, lots of water.. I just kept eating acceptable foods until I was full, because I know if I let myself stay hungry that's when the real temptation comes.
