It has been a tough couple weeks. I have been having the worse cravings for junk food. I've been eating more calories than I normally eat... I haven't felt like exercising. I still feel awful.

I haven't heard anything so far about the blood tests. I'm hoping if something does come up abnormal in the blood work I'll be able to get in sooner than November.. I don't think I can go 2 months feeling like this.. I can barely drag myself around.

I'm going to start doing some light exercising. I don't want to keep not exercising but exercising makes me feel worse.. I'm still going to do it. I don't want to lose the progress I've made by not exercising. I just won't go as long as I was before. Maybe only 15-20 minutes rather than 30-60 like I was doing. I have found that going longer makes me feel really bad. Maybe only going 20 minutes I'll only feel a little bad.. :)

Also our money situation is about to get a little better so the hubby and I won't have to rely so much on microwave meals. We'll be able to afford to get more veggies and stuff to make healthier dinners... I'm so tired of eating microwave meals.. I'm ready for more veggies.. I can't believe I've reached that point :) Before you had to force me to eat a vegetable. Now I would prefer a veggie or a fruit over junk. I've come a long way.

Great job so far! MAybe doing toning exercises like hand weights and ab work will not make you feel bad - more static work rather than too much cardio? Good luck.
