Been a weird few days being on the road. I've kept it together though - mainly thanks to having some prepared food with me. Two bad choices which were a beer on Friday night after the 6-hr car journey, and I drank the free glass of Buck's Fizz which was handed us at the wedding. It would have seemed kind of rude not to drink the fizz, and it probably helped ease the stress of a family wedding. I don't really have a reasonable excuse for the beer.

My fella kept telling me "Write this weekend off and just eat normally" but I can't do that. a) Giving myself permission to cheat just winds up in me going on a binge. Especially with having my stepson here for this week, the temptations are enormous. b) This IS my normal way of eating from now on.

I'm not going back and entering my food for the last three days because I just can't remember everything, and of course I couldn't weigh anything.

It did knock me out of ketosis at some point (didn't take my sticks with me) but I seem to be back in light ketosis this morning.

It'll be time to weigh me very shortly and then we'll see what's what.
