Got back on track yesterday and did fine. Off to the gym this morning. I've entered that phase where things are slowing down (or stopping), and I'm losing motivation. . . it happened as soon as I had my first "maintain" at my WW meeting.
I'm trying hard not to let it get the best of me. I know the only way I can fail is if I give up, so I cannot give up!
It's hard, though, when you lose weight very slowly and others around you at the meeting are losing at much more rapid rates. . . it's exactly what I was worried about, going to meetings and becoming even MORE aware than I already am about how easily some other people can drop weight. I am just NOT one of them.

My best advice is to increase your physical activity. I used to be convinced that my metabolism had gone the way of the dinosaur. But since I started exercising at least 45-50 minutes a day, I have seen a dramatic change. I used to hate exercise. Now I love it! I am sure it will help you, too.

Thanks, Evelyn. I'd love to think so. I try to exercise every day, but can't always seem to do it.
