Hello everyone! Starting fresh today... (I know, who starts a diet on Friday!? Everyone KNOWS it's Monday.. Silly me!) Anyway, in the past few months I've tried different ways of eating: all organic, which failed miserably, and no fat/no sugar under the guidance of my mother, which also failed; Calorie restriction for me meant I could eat one piece of chocolate cake a day.. LOL. Oh well. I am going back to the only regimen that has ever worked for me. ATKINS!!!! Woohoo!!! I am so ready to get this weight off!
