I am SO HUNGRY today! Gosh all I want is Pizza Hut breadsticks and wings or McDonald's chicken nuggets & fries. What in the world is wrong with me? lol.

LOL Oh yes....I'm gonna DREAD the cravings. I love my first week of being so "strong" and in control. Don't cave. ;)

Uh, what's wrong with you? Nothing, you're human. Put some fiber in your diet. I find that it sure helps me. You CAN do it! One day at a time, one hour at a time.
