I got up this morning and did 20 minutes(1.25miles) on the Gazelle for a change. I think I know what is going on with my weight going up & down, I noticed yesterday I was bloated all day long. Today, I don't feel the same way as yesterday. Maybe water retention or not enough exercise.

Good job on the exercising, my mom has a gazelle.... I think it's fun. Your weight history shows 5 lbs in a little over a week. I think that is great since you started at 160. I think the weight comes off in larger amounts the bigger you are and gets harder when you get smaller. It is coming off fast for me now but I know when I get under the 200 lb range it might come off a little slower. Water retention and TOM can affect your losing too. Maybe watch the sodium? You are doing so great! It is probably just a little plateau and you will be losing again before you know it.

If you think you are having water retention drink more water it really helps with that. I love your committment to exercise, I'm not there yet :(.. have a great weekend. :)
