This past week was frustrating. I skipped a lot of meals and noticed that I wasn't losing for 3-4 days. I didn't want to give up or anything, but it does make me want to follow more closely. I also want to start recording my food as I eat it instead of trying to think of what it was at the end of the day. Pain level has been high and anxiety/depression is also exacerbated. Calling for MH appt this morning.
