OK, so here i am, totally out of breath, but very proud of myself, cause i walked today, after doin a good hour in the garden...its such a gorgeous week, i really wanted to do something yesterday, but i let the fact that i didnt have any music stop me from walking, and excuses for not riding a bike, just came down to laziness, even though i tried to talk myself into being self-conscience, or biking somewhere and being too tired too make it back ...like i couldnt pull over somewhere, rest and continue after a few minutees, i no.!!! But thankfully my son showed me how to work his i pod, and yes he did have some music that i recognized, and was able to walk too. (I plan on getting myself an inexpensive mp3 player and downloadin some of my own songs, for more days like this...im thinkin positive, taking one day at a time. as long as i go to bed and not stay up, then i can worry less about my late night snacking, which is to blame for these pounds i have gained. Medication is known to make u more hungry, like anti-depressants, or allergy meds, but if i just get my butt into bed, instead of laying on the couch, im less likely to eat...
