been there done that! yep thats what i think about my weigh in this week..started off this week positive, and ended it with pizza! started feelin like crap fri night (physically & mentally)-went to a lil italian restaurant with friends, and the rolls were sooo delicious! omg, i enjoyed and tried to get back on track and then sat started with the sore throat, fever, etc, and didnt bother too much with 'diet', although did get the soup, and salad in. today even though i felt like crap, crap is what i just decided to put in my body! uugghh, from my first cup of coffee with a coupld cookies, and then positive thoughts about lunch, tuna, on toast, and then because i wasnt feelin good, and was laying around reading, i started munchin, on anything not nailed down, and then to top it off we have pizza for dinner...did i need to eat 3 slices, of course not, and then i asked them to get the apple pie (papa johns dessert pizza)- and i just look up those calories 480 per 4 'sticks'. havent had yet, but debating cuz i got a nice cup of coffee. compromise, and have half serving 2 sticks at 240 calories...will it be worth it...i figure todays done, and im gona go ahead an just suck it up, and try again tomorrow, and not feel guilty about what i eat now...i no when i totally give up something, it calls to me, and ill eventually give in, only worse, so ill give in now to half and just enjoy that, and not give myself a hard time over it...i noticed last tues was when i started keepin track of what i was eating, or i started wed, but back tracked to get an idea of what i ate tue when i wasnt keeping track...even thou i did real bad today, i still wanted to write it down, cuase i have no one to answer to except myself, and its silly to try and cheat myself, at least if i see it written, ill do somethin about it...its almost a week too that i started takin the green coffee antioxant extract, multi vitamin, calcium and probiotic, and im wondering how my system has taken to all these changes and whether its affected my weight..i did weigh myself a few days ago and i was less, but with all this 'dough' between pizza and rolls, i dont think the numbers are goin down this week. but ill wait til wed and do it officially, and hopefully ill record a lower number than what i started with!
