worked too hard at the elliptical yesterday as my hips joint hurts. I'll have to take it easy today until the inflammation goes down.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jenny told me that adding 4 tsp vinegar (1/4 tsp per 1/2 cup)throughout the day has helped her to lose weight so I'm giving it a try.
