feeling bloated today. work has been crazy so havent been able to work out. did not make soda goal but will try again this week. at least i didnt gain any. need to cut meat portions and starch portions. will weigh again at the end of the week.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
