Staying strong and not eating bread has helped over past few days.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

well done! I love bread and bread loves me... too much and never seems to want to leave! Seriously if i eat any bread i can guarantee the scale goes up half a kilo. I try to stay clear and classify it as a cake treat or convince myself i am gluten intolerant.

Yeah,I love fresh bread,so i never buy it.Some days i do crave it but,so far so good!I think i need to up my water intake as i only have 4 cups of water per day.The rest is coffees.
