Losing slowwwly but surely. I am really craving garlic bread with the spagetti I will be making for dinner tonight!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Help with the carb part make spaetti squash instead of pasta it is awesome and try low carb tort shells toast them in oven with spray cant believe its not butter and garlic diff will get you fill and still be somewhat on track.
