I'm definitely an emotional eater. And a sleepy eater. Sleep deprived and cranky today plus having lunch out means I'm not doing so well. Hoped to walk some of it off when my daughter wanted to go to the mall, but I ended up eating some of her pretzel sticks and some of her waffle cone. Sigh. C'est la vie.
