Hi FS friends. It’s been a crazy few weeks. My daughter finally got a job. It was her birthday 2 weeks ago &mine on Tuesday. A usmc friend of mine came for a 6 day visit, which was great and I was off work. So many things to do Stockyards, Korean spa, massage, JFK museum, hunting down a new engineering employer of my daughter in ft worth.
It was all good and fun. But back to work for Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. Today I found out two people I care about have breast cancer. One is my bestest girlfriend and the other is my senior manager at work. Found out just a few hours apart as my friend called me the couple hours later I find out about the other at work. Hey I’m trying to figure out how I can help and be supportive. Open to suggestions... Already told my friend to come stay w me in DFW if she wants. At work we are going to show support on Monday wearing pink bringing balloons and and filling up a basket full of stuff to show our support
