tracking progress pakai timbangan komposisi badan. minggu ini turun 0.5 kg aja tapi lemak turun dan otot naik, umur lebih mudah 15 tahun. :-)

Pakai timbangan merek Tanita - InnerScan Body Composition Monitor.

Saya jalan kaki banyak di kerja tapi saya lihat otot saya turun dan %fat rata rata, jadi saya berangkat chin up, push up dan plank setiap pagi sampai 2 minggu yang lalu dan otot bisa naik.
