I made myself and my daughter since it’s her birthday today some healthy yogurt with mango and cinnamon on top. It was soooo good. I also took off work today so I can spend the day with her. It’s the big 25. Last night I made her the lemon cheesecake with pecan crust I found in the recipe section and it was a big hit. I decided lemon cheesecake would be a better option than lemon cake. Today I’m making the chicken scampi low carb recipe again by request for our dinner. I add lemon to it because she likes all things with lemon. Her boyfriend bought her a lemon spa kit. So it’s going to b a lemony day. I’m just going to add some fresh lemonade with stevia. For indulging I’ll add some yummy smashed red skin potatoes. Have a great day today FS friends.
