Figure out what I was doing wrong. I was busy hanging out with people whom dont understand the word "less", the believe a cup and a half of something is good for a body to endure. Well that train just made a stop and I am off. I have to thing about me and this is what I am doing. LA weight loss was good to me before, that is why I know it will be good to me again. Day four.
