Actually I’m havin the peas n carrots left overs today with the amazing chicken scampi recipe I found on the recipe section. Reading the blogs and looking up recipes helped me lower my carbs, not feel hungry and start my downward trend again!!! I’m so happy to be down to 200.2 today. I can’t wait to break 200 lbs again!!!
