So... today at 10p.m... yes. At 10p.m. I had a hunger attack as yesterday. But today I ate yogurt with granola. But it’s a second day in a row, it seem to be a consistent pattern and I have to know the cause. Have anyone any suggestions why I’m so hungry at 10 pm? The dinner I usually have at 7-7.30 (Greek yogurt with berries)

I eat about 10-15 almonds when that happens and it does the trick

Eating small handful of nuts dose the truck for me too. Don't feel bad about a snack, just dont get crazy with it. Do you exercise regularly?

Captmrbles, now I don’t go to the gym regularly, sometimes for cardio(( I know, that it’s a big issue in my weight loss(

Srossca, yeah) that’s why I can’t imagine, that I can do it in 10 weeks) I still eat sweets sometimes... and drink glass of wine... I know, that it not works so..
