I am going to weigh in on Wednesday and hope in the past 2 weeks I have lost some weight...a little nervous because my fat count on items the past week or so each day has been higher than it should be.

The good news for me is I have been very physically active the past two weeks too so hopefully that will cancel out some of the fat intake.

I have been reading the exercise links and many suggest and have had luck with the P90X program. I am going to have to look into it. Sounds like a good program.
