I think the key to losing weight and keeping it off is as simple as making smart decisions when eating. You can't always come home and make grilled chicken with vegetables but if you go to a restaurant or have fast food there are always healthy alternatives. Went to Wendy's the other day and got a grilled chicken sandwich and mandarin oranges instead of fries. Felt great about it afterwards.
Had a great run yesterday...about 5 miles. Today I only ran about 3.5 miles but it was still a good run. Hopefully I'll be at 221 when I weigh myself tomorrow.
