Started Progesteron 100mg on June 1. Stopped Progesteron 200 mg on Aug. 23rd.
Had begun new diet & exercise routine May 14th. Felt great, high energy Memorial Day weekend.
After that became MOODY, low energy blotted. Contained new exercise routine, but diet slipped back frm eating every 2 hours to 4x daily, but still low fat balanced carb/pro.
Overdid the wine and pretzels on Disney trip, but still exercised. Decided to stop Progeteron Aug 23rd.
Aug 22 went back to eating every 2 hours. cutting meals in half 7:30am half Usual 9:30 other half Usual 11:30 half tuna roll-up 1:30 smaller pro bar (Luna protein) 3:30 other half tuna roll-up 5:30 7:30 grl chick salad w/ ranch 9:30
