Hahahahaha! I understand completely! I used to cut out a lot of carbs. However I craved them too much and it worked better for me to allow myself to have them within the confines of my calories. I follow cico, healthy whole-food choices, and having the flexibility to eat wherever/whatever. It works really well for me. I know it isn’t ideal for everyone but it’s something I can stick with long-term :)
