So yesterday I was @ a friend's wedding, I was prepared for it though. Was very diligent with the diet on the days leading to that day so as to counterbalance delicious wedding cake that I was not going to miss for the life of me. So, results? Its looking good I am weighing the same as pre-wedding. Challenge will be and I think forever is, keeping the weight off. In hindsight, cupcake was overkill though.
