Hope I don't have some stomach bug. Second day that I can't stomach food or liquids. I don't feel sluggish or sick so I'm not sure what's up.

That does sound weird, and possibly 'bug'gish. Is there anything you've been able to eat before if this has happened, even if it's not 'kosher' with the low carb diet? Milkshakes, maybe? Keeping hydrated when you're sick is more important that staying strict with a diet. You can always get back on the diet after you get past whatever it is, but going in to the hospital simply to get IV fluids when you're seriously dehydrated is no fun, and very expensive...

Try eating ginger, it helps settle the stomach. I carried some in my pocket the entire time I was pregnant either in the form of gingersnaps or crystallized ginger. The extra sugar is no good if you're trying to lose weight, but the ability to eat and drink is important.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been trying to eat as much as I can stomach. Seems like chewing mint gum helps somewhat to settle my stomach but I still have that full feeling, like I ate for an hour at a buffet. Hopefully it will pass soon cause even as strict as I am on my calories I do know that I am way too low for it to be healthy right now. I might start taking a multi vitamin cause I have noticed that my hair is falling out. This happens to me every time I diet and I know it's from lack of red meat (in my case)

eek! Definitely start the multivitamin, and really, why give up red meat? Lean red meat isn't any more full of calories or carbs than chicken or pork or turkey. Now that you mention mint, I remember the ex-gf popping peppermints when she had an upset stomach.

I do still eat red meat just not in huge amounts like I used to. I wouldn't mind a nice steak right now :D
