새벽 5시에 잠들어 늦게 일어나서 먹는 아침(?)
새벽 5시까지 안먹고 잘참았더니 몸무게가 0.1kg만 늘었지만 치킨에 족발에 덜먹고 선전하기는 했다~ 술은 NONO!!!
