I hope this week went well. I started jogging and walking more this week and eating even more carefully. I hope this means I lost at least a pound this week. But who knows. The fat count has been high in my food of late thought. I have to get the fat percentage down to less than 25% to keep the weight loss going in the right direction.
But the good thing is I am feeling like I have more energy and getting healthier as I go along. Well on my weigh to getting in shape and losing weight in time for summer bathing suit season.
