My calories were still good yesterday but my weight is up this morning. Threw up last night and bloated this morning. I had a half piece of pita bread yesterday and I wonder if gluten is culprit. I didn’t think 1/2 piece would matter but maybe it does.

it can be as simple as that. one food that you are sensitive to can cause a water gain. it will be done just as quickly, one or two days normally. I have that reaction to flours which is pretty normal for a lot of us.
