Good morning fatsecret! :) i'm going to start AGAIN coz ive been out of track for the past few days. Seems ive been on a yoyo diet again, but its ok, i wont get tired of taking a U turn as long as i want to do it i believe i can achieve it. I will win this journey, I know I can!
Thou i dint do good last night coz that's really my problem eversince, the SUPER SUPPER all the time. eating too much during dinner. but atleast i got back on my exercise routine, and it feels good to move again. i'll do better today. i'll promise myself that i wont let myself down :)
BTW, i started doing Insanity Workout last last week and dint able to continue the program. Its not that it is really intense that i cant do it. but its just that, whenever im doing the workouts, its hard for me to accomplish my daily calorie needs, i cant reach 2100 rdi everday especially without unhealthy foods, and its been really hard for me to sleep, so whenever im doing that workout, i feel fatigue. so i decided to go back on my old routine which is running, kickboxing, calisthenics and weight training. i think it will fit me the most, coz i lost 52 lbs doing that. But i have only 72 days left before my flight to Philippines and im really looking forward on losing atleast 10 kilos before i go home :/ please pray for me :)
